This one was about AI and where it is taking the work. Not the headline version. The practical version. How intelligent tools are quietly reshaping the way services get built and delivered, from the messy operational stuff to the way teams talk to their customers and make decisions with the data in front of them.
The sessions stayed close to the ground. People traded what they were trying, what was holding up, and what genuinely moved the needle. The shared takeaway was hard to argue with: AI has stopped being the thing on the horizon. It is the thing deciding who keeps pace and who gets left explaining why they did not.
