No main stage. No pitch fest. That choice was the whole point.
Five hundred-plus founders, investors, and enablers came through, and instead of pointing them all at one spotlight, the day split into ten parallel tracks, each one led by a founder, each one capped at fifty or sixty people. Small enough to be honest in. Big enough to learn something.
The AI & SaaS track stayed on the realities of building when AI is the default. What it actually means to be an AI-native founder. The shift from using tools to running agents. Why speed on its own gets you nowhere if you are not aligned on where you are going. MSDx kept surfacing as the lens the next set of builders are using: Mindset, Skillset, Drive, eXecution.
What stood out was the temperature of the room. Real questions, real workflows, people genuinely trying to read what the world needs next. It read less like a talk and more like a group figuring things out together.
The day made a quiet argument worth repeating: India's startup momentum is not just capital and scale. It is founders learning in the open, sharing what actually works, and building communities willing to question the usual way of doing things.
