One line set the tone for the whole evening: AI tools have become a commodity, but execution has not. The hype wave has passed, and what is left is the harder work of actually building with this stuff.
So founders did not theorise. They showed how they are using AI in real situations. The mindset shift everyone kept circling was the move from consuming AI to creating with it on purpose. Access to the best tools is not the edge anymore, because everyone has it. The edge belongs to builders who rethink entire workflows, hand the heavy lifting to AI, and keep human judgment for the strategic calls that matter.
The DNA of the founder has changed underneath all this. It is no longer about outworking everyone through sheer activity. It is about designing and refining the smartest systems. Jatin Chaudhary, Utpal Vaishnav, and Nishith Vasavada kept pointing back to the same thing: build with real utility, not theatre.
The session asked founders to face automation honestly and early. By trading actual workflows instead of polished outcomes, the room proved again that ecosystems grow through what people share, not what they finish.
