The premise the room agreed on early: the next decade of AI will not be decided by tools. It will be decided by judgment. So the day moved past what AI can do and stayed with the harder question of what it should be trusted to do.
It got practical fast. Amish Thaker and Manish Agarwal of Easilydone showed that a well-built AI assistant is not an experiment anymore. It disappears into the workflow and quietly removes friction. Utility over theatre. Divy Brahmbhatt pushed further: bring AI in early and it reshapes the architecture and the decisions. Bolt it on late and it just adds noise.
Then the conversation turned from speed to governance. Rushabh Shah reframed AI as a governor, a system that has to enforce discipline, consistency, and trust.
The closing keynotes grounded all of it in scale. Pratik Vohera on making AI choices when real users and real transactions are on the line. Amish Trivedi on the difference between AI that sharpens execution and AI that just adds complexity.
The real divide, the room decided, is no longer between people using AI and people who are not. It is between those designing with judgment and those quietly outsourcing it. The question stops being which tools to adopt and becomes which decisions actually deserve to be automated.
