Most networking evenings ask you to perform. This one did the opposite, and that was the entire design.
There was no rigid agenda. Just a room where founders talked honestly about the journey they were on, the things currently breaking, and the small pockets of happiness they find in the middle of the chaos. The pressure to look like you have it figured out got left at the door.
